Can I submit a film that has screened publicly or is available online?
Yes. A film that has previously screened publicly or is already available online remains eligible unless the current Festival submission listing expressly states otherwise. A work that has already been submitted to a previous Festival edition may be ineligible for resubmission, so check the current submission rules before entering.
