Yes. All intellectual-property rights remain with the submitting party. Submission does not transfer ownership of the film to the Festival. You grant the Festival a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to screen the film as part of the Festival and associated events and to use approved promotional materials for Festival promotion, documentation and archives.
You must hold all rights, permissions, licences and consents needed to submit and screen the film. This includes copyright, music, archive footage, artwork, performances and likeness rights.
