Synopsis
Firecrow follows two farm workers whose routine day takes a sinister turn when they are asked to relocate an unusual scarecrow standing alone in a rural field. Unaware of its true significance, they disturb an object bound to forces far older and more dangerous than they can imagine. As strange events begin to unfold around them, the quiet landscape transforms into a place of growing unease, where folklore, superstition, and reality become increasingly difficult to separate.
Drawing on the traditions of rural horror and supernatural folklore, Firecrow explores themes of curiosity, consequence, and humanity’s uneasy relationship with the unknown. Through atmospheric imagery, immersive sound design, and a steadily escalating sense of dread, the film reimagines the haunted scarecrow myth for a modern audience. Set against haunting natural landscapes, Firecrow delivers a chilling tale where ancient forces linger beneath the surface, waiting for the wrong person to disturb them.
